Every student's journey begins with a personalized intake process.
We take the time to understand each student's academic background, interests, experiences, achievements, and college aspirations. This allows us to develop a customized strategy for the college application process, including identifying meaningful essay topics, highlighting unique strengths, and creating a timeline for application success. Through one-on-one coaching, we help students craft authentic, compelling essays and personal statements that showcase their voice, experiences, and goals while providing guidance on scholarships and other opportunities when appropriate.
APPLICATION & ESSAY PLANNING
We create a customized application and essay roadmap for each student, outlining key deadlines, application requirements, and writing milestones throughout the college admissions process. From brainstorming essay topics to developing personal statements and supplemental essays, we provide structured guidance at every stage. By organizing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and refining application materials, we help students stay on track, reduce stress, and submit compelling, authentic applications that reflect their unique strengths and goals.
We begin with an in-depth consultation to learn about each student's academic background, extracurricular involvement, personal experiences, interests, and college aspirations. BRAINSTORMING
Each session is tailored to the student's individual needs and stage in the application process. Sessions may include brainstorming essay topics, discussing life experiences, reviewing drafts, refining personal statements, preparing supplemental essays, and developing application strategies.
Rather than writing essays for students, we act as coaches and mentors—asking thoughtful questions, providing constructive feedback, and helping students discover how to tell their stories effectively. Students leave each session with clear action steps, writing goals, and a plan for continued progress.
ESSAY WRITING
Through guided conversations and targeted exercises, we help students uncover meaningful experiences, defining moments, and personal insights that can become the foundation of compelling college essays. This stage focuses on discovering authentic stories that reflect the student's unique voice and character.
Students receive personalized coaching as they draft, revise, and refine their college essays and personal statements. We provide detailed feedback on content, structure, storytelling, and clarity while ensuring each essay remains authentic to the student's voice. Multiple rounds of review help transform ideas into polished, impactful submissions.
REVIEW & SUBMISSION
Before submission, we carefully review each essay and application component to ensure it is polished, complete, and aligned with college admissions requirements. We provide final feedback on content, structure, clarity, and presentation while helping students verify that all materials are submitted accurately and on time. Our goal is to make the final stages of the application process as seamless and stress-free as possible, giving students the confidence to submit applications that truly reflect their best work.
POST-SECONDARY STRATEGY & SUPPORT
Our support extends beyond college admissions.
